Don has been a resident of Olney, Maryland since 1975. He has been married to his wife Judy since 1963 and they have two children, Amy and Andy.

He is a graduate of West Virginia University, 1963, with a Bachelor Of Science Degree in Business Administration, Major in Accounting, Minor in Finance.

His professional experience includes:
